What the Opportunity entails:

An older person is seeking a Sharer for their home to give them a mix of 15 hours’ help and company each week in exchange for the low-cost accommodation.

This person would really benefit from some practical help around the house including picking up shopping, cooking a few meals, help with laundry/making beds, light household chores and errands, plus the friendly company and reassurance of having someone around their home in the evenings/overnight.

The accommodation on offer is a lovely furnished double bedroom room with en-suite shower room and shared use of the sitting room and kitchen.

The property is located in Hartfield, approx. 7 miles from East Grinstead. Due to location this would only suit a driver – there is parking available.

The person’s interests include reading the Telegraph, listening to the radio and music, doing Wordle, watching TV (quiz programmes, Escape to the Chateau), gardening and playing Bridge.

As a Sharer you are free to work or study as long as you have enough spare time to give the agreed level of company and support. The ideal Sharer will be a kind, helpful and reliable non-smoker, who is happy to help around the home.
