A warm and friendly older person with reduced mobility and memory is seeking a Sharer for their home to give them a mix of 15 hours’ help and company each week in exchange for the low-cost accommodation.

This person would really benefit from some practical help around the house including shopping, cooking some evening meals, and help with light household chores, plus the friendly reassurance of having someone around their home in the evenings/overnight.

The accommodation on offer is a bright double bedroom overlooking the garden, with ample cupboard space and a shower room next door (primarily sole use), and shared use of the kitchen, sitting room and the pretty garden.

The property is conveniently located in a lovely residential area in Wandsworth, just 10 minutes’ walk from Earlsfield Station (regular trains to Waterloo via Clapham Junction in one direction, and 4 minutes to Wimbledon Station in the other direction).

The person’s used to be a professional cook and enjoys conversation, reading the newspaper, and TV such as nature and cooking programmes, art-orientated programmes and The Repair Shop.

As a Sharer you are free to work or study as long as you have enough spare time to give the agreed level of company and support. The ideal Sharer will be a kind, helpful and reliable non-smoker, who is happy to help around the home.
