Female Sharer required for Abbots Langley WD5
Available from: 16/10/2020
WD-5 The property is conveniently located just a 20 min walk from King’s Langley Station and close to junction 20 of the M25.
What the Opportunity entails:
A friendly older person with some memory loss and arthritis is seeking a Sharer for their home to give them a mix of 15 hours’ help and company each week in exchange for the low-cost accommodation. This person would really benefit from the reassurance of someone living with them, especially at night, in case of emergency and a driver who could take them shopping and to appointments if free. The property is conveniently located just a 20 min walk from King’s Langley Station and close to junction 20 of the M25.
The accommodation on offer is fairly self-contained with the home, with a separate bedroom, sitting room and bathroom for the Sharer’s use, with lovely views over the garden. There is ample storage space in the bedroom.
In addition to the reassurance of someone living in the home who they could get on with, they would like the person to be happy to lend a helping hand around the house and garden. There is a cleaner but there may be some light cleaning/tidying, putting the bins out and helping with shopping and cooking. You would be responsible for cleaning the rooms which are for your sole use. Much of the practical help is things you would do for yourself anyway, wherever you live,.
We hope to find a reliable, trustworthy, and friendly, kind Sharer who speaks clear English for easy communication and who can drive. We will only consider non-smokers.
£150.00 per month plus possible contribution to Council Tax/utilities (£50 per month). NB Full-time students are exempt from Council Tax. No animals
