A friendly and interesting older person is seeking a Sharer for their home to give them a mix of 15 hours’ help and company each week in exchange for the low-cost accommodation.

This person would really benefit from some light practical help around the house and garden such as picking up some shopping, cooking a few meals, helping keep the house tidy, ad hoc other help/errands plus the friendly reassurance of having someone around their home in the evenings/overnight.

The accommodation on offer is a double bedroom, currently furnished with twin beds, and shared shower room, kitchen, sitting room and garden.

The property is located a mile from Droitwich train station, with trains to Birmingham University (25 mins), Birmingham central (35 minutes) and Worcester (9 minutes). Parking is available.

The person’s interests include cycling, newspapers, clcassical music, books, watching rugby, speaking at the U3A etc.

As a Sharer you are free to work or study as long as you have enough spare time to give the agreed level of company and support. The ideal Sharer will be a kind, helpful and reliable female non-smoker, who is happy to help around the home.
