Female Sharer required for Kew TW9
Available from: 31/8/2021
TW9 -The property is conveniently located very close to Kew Gardens Underground Station (District Line) and easy reach of Richmond.
What the Opportunity entails:
A warm, friendly and welcoming but older person is seeking a Sharer for their home to give them a mix of 15 hours’ help and company in exchange for the low-cost accommodation.
Due to poor short-term memory and reduced mobility, this person would really benefit from and appreciate the friendly reassurance of having someone around their home in the evenings/overnight, plus some practical help around the house including some shopping, cooking, technology, carrying things and help with light household chores.
The accommodation on offer is a good sized bedroom with a single bed (that can be turned into a double bed, depending on preference), bathroom (sometimes shared), and shared use of the rest of the home including a study with desk, kitchen, sitting room and lovely garden.
£150.00 per month plus possible contribution to Council Tax/utilities (£50 per month) NB. Full-time students are exempt from Council Tax.
The person enjoys company and is used to sharing their home. They also enjoy painting watercolours, listening to Radio 4, some documentaries, and local outings/walks.
As a Sharer you are free to work or study as long as you have enough spare time to give the agreed level of company and support. The ideal Sharer will be a positive, friendly, kind, helpful and reliable female non-smoker who ideally shares some of the person’s interests.
****The current occupant prefers to share with females*****
****This Householder prefers to share with someone who has been fully vaccinated against Covid.****
