What the Opportunity entails:

A friendly older person with memory loss is seeking a Sharer for their home to give them a
mix of 15 hours’ help and company each week in exchange for the low-cost accommodation.

This person would value the friendly reassurance and company of having someone around their home in the evenings and overnight. They would also like some general practical help around the home such as shopping, cooking up to four meals each week and eating together, light cleaning and tidying, laundry, diary management, and ad hoc practical help
and errands as may be needed.

The accommodation on offer is a furnished single bedroom with shared bathroom.

The property is in an excellent location 30 min walk to Stoke Mandeville Hospital and 25 mins walk to the station. The nearest buses are 8 mins walk from the house. There is parking available.

The person enjoys watching dramas and films. They are interested in protecting local
wildlife. Likes cards and board games.

As a Sharer you are free to work or study as long as you have enough spare time to give the agreed
level of company and support. The ideal Sharer will be a kind, helpful and reliable non-smoker, who
is happy to help around the home.
