TW12-The property is located in the village of Hampton, very close to the River Thames and Bushy Park. Hampton BR station is a 10 minute walk away, and there are nearby buses into Teddington, Twickenham, Kingston and Richmond. However it would probably best suit a driver with their own car. What the Opportunity entails:
An interesting, warm and welcoming older person is seeking a Sharer for their home to give them a mix of 15 hours’ help and company in exchange for the low-cost accommodation.
This person would enjoy knowing there is someone else living there, and really appreciate some friendly company. Some practical help would also be really beneficial including help with shopping, some cooking and food preparation, watering garden, sweeping leaves, taking out bins, help on the computer, lifting and carrying, ad hoc practical help when needed and occasional outings.
The accommodation on offer is a large bright furnished bedroom with plenty of storage and a sofa and table, plus a private bathroom with shower over bath. There is also a small kitchenette for snacks. The house is lovely and immaculately tidy, and the Sharer would also be able to use the main kitchen and is welcome to enjoy the garden and swim in the swimming pool.

The person’s interests include reading the newspapers, listening to Radio 4 and Classic FM, watching TV (good dramas, historical programmes, Mastermind, BBC 4, opera, ballet and the occasional good comedy), swimming. They are still fairly active and lead a full life.
As a Sharer you are free to work or study as long as you have enough spare time to give the agreed level of company and support. The ideal Sharer will be a positive, friendly, kind, helpful and reliable female non-smoker who ideally shares some of the person’s interests and will enjoy and appreciate this opportunity. Someone who is very neat and tidy is also essential.
