A friendly person, with mobility issues is seeking a second Sharer to be part of their home. The Sharer should be able to give them a mix of 15 hours’ help and company in exchange for the low-cost accommodation.

They would really benefit from some practical help around the house including shopping, cooking and sharing a few evening meals each week, help with light housework, taking bins out, gardening and helping with IT support. As well as some company maybe doing a crossword together, going for a walk, pushing this persons wheelchair or just having a chat. This person is interested in current affairs read The Times and the I.

The accommodation on offer is a double bedroom with ample storage and en-suite with bath, plus shared use of the home’s other facilities including the kitchen and garden. This is a large house with plenty of space, there is another Sharer each has their own bedroom with shared other facilities.

The property is conveniently located 10 minute’s walk from Swiss Cottage and Belsize Park tubes. It is a 5 min walk to Primrose Hill.

As a Sharer you are free to work or study as long as you have some daytime availability to give the agreed level of company and support. The ideal Sharer will be a positive, friendly, kind, helpful and reliable non-smoker, with a clear English accent.
