What the Opportunity entails:

A warm and friendly older person is seeking a Sharer for their home in West Kensington to give them a mix of 15 hours’ help and company in exchange for the low-cost accommodation.

This person is quite self-sufficient, but would really benefit from some practical help around the house including some shopping/accompanying shopping, cooking some meals, help with cleaning and taking bins out, plus the friendly reassurance of having someone around their home in the evenings/overnight.

The accommodation on offer is a large furnished bedroom (including broadband and a desk) and shared use of the shower room and kitchen.

The spacious flat is conveniently located just 5 minutes’ walk from West Kensington tube (District Line) and 10 minutes’ walk from Baron’s Court tube (District and Piccadilly Lines). It’s a lovely area.

The person’s interests include contemporary art, reading and news and current affairs.

As a Sharer you are free to work or study as long as you have enough spare time to give the agreed level of company and support. The ideal Sharer will be a bright, kind, helpful and reliable female non-smoker who ideally shares some of the person’s interests.

£125.00 plus VAT =£150.00 per month plus possible contribution to Council Tax/utilities (£50 per month). NB Full-time students are exempt from Council Tax.
