Male Sharer studying or working at home long term required for Chelsea SW3 **Under offer**
Available from: 6/2/2021
Opportunity Location:
SW3 -The house is in a central London location, just 20 mins walk or 10 mins bus ride from Sloane Square Station [District and Circle Line tube].

What the Opportunity entails:
An interesting, bright and welcoming elderly person in their early 90s is seeking a Sharer for their home to give them some friendly company and around 15 hours a week of support in their spare time in exchange for the low-cost accommodation.
This person would benefit from some help with managing meals and from companionship as well as the reassurance of having someone in the house overnight. The Sharer needs to have availability sometimes during the day to accompany the homeowner on short walks around the local area and give company. There is another Sharer living in the house, so the support given to this elderly person would be shared between both Sharers.
The accommodation on offer is a light single bedroom with a wardrobe and basin. There is a bathroom with shower that will be shared with a second Sharer. The kitchen is well equipped with fridge, freezer and microwave and there is also a washing machine and dryer. There is a small garden.
The Sharer will ideally cook and share some meals and offer other practical help as may be needed, including making sure the elderly person is able to use the TV, doing some shopping and laying out breakfast. It may be nice if the Sharer would accompany the homeowner on short walks around the local area.
This person enjoys traditional food. They are not a big TV watcher, preferring to read newspapers or to talk about current affairs.
We hope to find a young, bright and trustworthy Sharer who will enjoy this opportunity. The elderly person doesn’t smoke and would like to share with a non-smoker.
Clear spoken English is essential as the person is hard of hearing.
£125.00 plus VAT =£150 per month. A possible contribution to Council Tax/utilities (£50 per month). NB Full-time students are exempt from Council Tax.
