What the Opportunity entails:

A friendly, bright and interesting older Lady is seeking a Sharer for their home to give them a mix of 15 hours’ help and company each week in exchange for the low-cost accommodation.

This lady smokes in the home.

This person would really benefit from a little practical help around the house including picking up extra shopping, cooking 4 evening meals per week, and help with light household chores, ad hoc errands, going for short walks, plus the friendly reassurance and company of having someone around their home in the evenings/overnight.

The accommodation on offer is a double bedroom and shared use of the kitchen/sitting room and shower room. There is a communal garden.

The property is conveniently located just two minutes’ walk from Chalk Farm Tube (Northern Line, Zone 2) and an 8 minutes’ walk from Kentish Town West Overground Station.

The person’s interests include reading the newspaper and doing crosswords, reading books, listening to Radio 4, church and watching programmes such as Downton Abbey.  As a Sharer you are free to work or study as long as you have enough spare time to give the agreed level of company and support. As it’s a small smape, this would only suit someone who goes out to work. The ideal Sharer will be a positive, friendly, kind, warm-hearted, helpful and reliable, and ideally share some of the person’s interests
