What the Opportunity entails:
A friendly and ‘with it’ older lady (Polish and English speaking) with reduced mobility is seeking a Sharer for her home to offer a mix of 15 hours’ help and company each week in exchange for the low-cost accommodation.
she would value the friendly reassurance and company of having someone around their/his/her home in the evenings and overnight. She would also like some general practical help around the home such as picking shopping, cooking up to four or five meals each week, helping keep the home clean and tidy, carrying heavier items, simple tech and ad hoc practical help and errands as may be needed.
The accommodation on offer is a double room furnished with two single beds (can be made-up as a king),, dressing table and wardrobe space. There is a bathroom with separate shower (only shared when the lady’s family visit) and shared use of the kitchen, sitting room and garden.

The lady enjoys gardening, watching some TV programmes (travel, cooking, old BBC dramas), meeting friends, going to church and some activities at the Wimbledon Guild
As a Sharer you are free to work or study as long as you have enough spare time to give the agreed level of company and support. The ideal Sharer will be a kind, helpful and reliable non-smoker, who is happy to help around the home.
