What the Opportunity entails:

A friendly and sociable older lady is looking for a Sharer for her home to give her a mix of 15 hours’ help and company each week in exchange for the low-cost accommodation.

She would value the friendly reassurance and company of having someone around her home in the evenings and overnight. She would also appreciate some general practical help around the home such as picking up shopping, cooking the odd meal, light cleaning and tidying, carrying heavier items such as logs into the house, and ad hoc other practical help and errands as may be needed.

The accommodation is on the top floor and comprises a furnished double bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, desk and chest of drawers, sofa, own shower room, and shared use of kitchen, sitting room and beautiful gardens.

The property is in a rural area so a car driver would be ideal. Closest station is Banbury which is 14 miles away by car.

The person enjoys reading the Times, and Daily Mail. Listening to Talk radio. They love listening to sport on the radio and interested in cricket, rugby and motor racing. They used to sail.

As a Sharer you are free to work or study as long as you have enough spare time to give the agreed level of company and support. The ideal Sharer will be a kind, helpful and reliable non-smoker, who is happy to help around the home.
