An intelligent, educated and interesting lady with heart problems is seeking a Sharer for her home, primarily for the reassurance of someone living there, plus a little practical help and some company (up to 10-15 hours’ each week) in exchange for the low-cost accommodation. Would suit someone who enjoys spending time at home.

She is independent and still works, but she would primarily value the friendly reassurance and company of having someone in her home overnight in case of an emergency or if she became unwell. She would appreciate a helping hand around her home as with any flats hare, plus some company – for some conversation, to watch a TV programme with, share some meals, and go for an occasional coffee.

The accommodation on offer is a single room with ample built-in storage, and shared use of the kitchen, sitting room and bathroom.

The property is in an excellent location just 10 minutes’ walk from Notting Hill Gate, Ladbroke Grove and Holland Park underground stations.

The lady is bright and educated with a background in anthropology and works as a writer, She reads The Guardian, watches the news, enjoys history and documentaries, comedy and photography, art, painting and poetry, and also reads novels. She has a calm manner

As a Sharer you are free to work or study as long as you have enough spare time to give the agreed level of company and support. The ideal Sharer will be a kind, helpful and reliable non-smoker, who is happy to help around the home.
