An older lady is seeking a Sharer for her home to give a mix of 15 hours’ help and company each week in exchange for the low-cost accommodation.
The lady is still active and ‘with it’, but would welcome a friendly presence in her home giving some light practical help with things such as occasional shopping, cooking a few meals, carrying heavier items, light cleaning and tidying and ad hoc other help and errands as may be needed.
The accommodation on offer is a double room with a single bed, washbasin, wardrobe, drawers, table, chairs and bookshelves with a toilet nearby. The bathroom is shared.
The property is located 7minutes cycle ride, 10 minutes by bus to Cambridge Central.
The lady is interested in the Arts and has a pottery at the end of her garden. She is used to sharing her home
As a Sharer you are free to work or study as long as you have enough spare time to give the agreed level of company and support. The ideal Sharer will be over the age of 35, kind, helpful and reliable non-smoker, who is happy to help around the home and looking for settled accommodation, preferably for a year or potentially longer.
