An older lady with reduced mobility is seeking a Sharer for her home to offer a little practical help and company each week in exchange for the low-cost accommodation.
She would value the friendly reassurance and company of having someone around her home in the evenings and overnight. She has other support, but a little light practical help with picking up shopping, cooking a few meals, carrying heavier items, watering, helping keep the home clean and tidy, and other ad hoc practical help and errands would be really appreciated.
The accommodation on offer is a spacious double bedroom, furnished with a double bed, and wardrobe. There is shared uss of the bathroom, kitchen, sitting room and large garden.
The property is located in Prenton, the Wirral, 0.4 miles from Upton Station and close to Junction 2 of the M53.
The lady is very ‘with it’ and knowledgably and enjoys company. She watches some TV (eg Indian films), enjoys a game of Scrabble, loves her flowers in her garden and has a close and supportive family who visit regularly. She enjoys a variety of dishes, from Indian cuisine and rice dishes, to English roasts. Please note that Pork products and alcohol are not permitted in this Homeshare
As a Sharer you are free to work or study as long as you have enough spare time to give the agreed level of company and support. The ideal Sharer will be a kind, helpful and reliable non-smoker, who is happy to help around the home and looking for settled accommodation, preferably for a year or potentially longer.
