A friendly older person with reduced mobility is seeking a Sharer for their home to give them a mix of 15 hours’ help and company each week in exchange for the low-cost accommodation.
This person would really benefit from the friendly reassurance of having someone around their home in the evenings and overnight for company and in case of emergency. Some additional practical help including picking up shopping, potentially making a few light and healthy meals, walking the dog and ad hoc other practical help and errands as may be needed.
The accommodation on offer is nicely presented bedroom furnished with a single bed, wardrobe, dressing table, and chest of drawers and shared use of the bathroom, kitchen, sitting room and garden.
