Andrew is an outstanding sharer and my mum will miss him. He contributed greatly to her happiness during a difficult time and it was a great source of comfort to me to know that he was there and would contact me if anything was amiss with mum, as it sometimes was. Andrew picked her up off the floor on a couple of occasions and was unfazed. He always knows what to do and does the right thing.

Andrew is unfailingly courteous, he respects personal space and knows when to get involved and when to step back. He is a very good conversationalist which was really wonderful for mum (and me, actually!) He observed the little things and helped when needed. He and mum enjoyed sharing lunch and evening meals he cooked, he often prepared her breakfast and made her cups of tea. He did all sorts of little things for mum. Andrew is thoughtful, consistent, trustworthy, reliable and considerate and it’s fun to have such an optimistic person around.

So thank you for finding him and for starting your wonderful agency. I wish I had known about you when I had younger kids and wanted someone to be around at the end of the day for them.

I recommend you all the time and will continue to do so. What you do is so valuable.
