I contacted Share and Care some three months after my husband died, as I was finding it very lonely living in a big house by myself, and wanted someone who could walk my dog once a day and who would run the occasional errand on my behalf.

So it was important to me that the Sharer should love dogs and also classical music which looms large in my life! The young woman who came fitted the bill perfectly. Just a few days after she arrived we went into the first lockdown and I was extremely grateful to have the company and the help.

Share and Care has kept in regular touch and on the one occasion I need their input, were extremely responsive and helpful.
