The lady’s daughter emailed after the Sharer had left:

“Many thanks for all your help and support in finding someone to home share with mum. I remember phoning last year unsure if I was doing the right thing. You all were so professional and understanding of my situation with mum suffering from Dementia. She was adamant she 'was able to stay in her own home and wasn't going into a care home'. You found L very quickly who was looking for somewhere to live in London as she was starting a new job. The whole process was so smooth. It has worked beautifully for the past year and L has now moved on to work abroad. Thank you again”
