Share and Care was a complete life line for us and our elderly mother. She had been managing well enough on her own but was uneasy at night and lacking in regular companionship. Share and Care found us a lovely Sharer who was working nearby and who needed a home for herself and her cat while she coped with a transition in her life. She was reliably there to offer companionship every afternoon and at weekends and to help out with light domestic tasks. she was on hand to help with other occasional practical things that we couldn’t manage for our mother from a distance.

Share and Care kept in regular contact with us and were able to offer support through occasional ups and downs. This resulted in the Share and Care placement lasting over two years until our mother needed more intensive personal help.
