About Caroline Cooke – Founder, Director and Dementia Friends Ambassador

Caroline established Share and Care Homeshare in 2006 when, researching the market looking for help for her own elderly parents, she was unable to find anything suitable. Share and Care Homeshare has led the homeshare sector for many years providing homeshare across the UK. Over the years Caroline has overseen the support of many, many hundreds of people to remain living independently in their own homes, making Share and Care Homeshare the most experienced provider in the UK. She undertook training as a Dementia Friends Ambassador in 2019 to help people understand what it is like to live with Dementia; she regularly supports both Sharers and families who are affected by Dementia as well as delivering Dementia Information sessions to the wider community.
