   Yes its true, it has just happened to my father, underhand tactics, denial and delays for rehab, condemning home equipment, which they supplied and lying about his mental capacity placing a dols on him to keep him prisoner of the state ( dream on ), breaking the mental capacity act. I have a great video of his capacity to prove they lied.
