Our aim was to do some gentle exercise together, just 20 minutes, with the lovely Brogan Needham from Mind, Body & Goals Fitness. Brogan is a qualified personal trainer and has a Diploma in Exercise Referral. She showed us the moves via Zoom video conferencing.
We also hoped it would be an opportunity for Householders and Sharers in the Share and Care Family to meet each other. It was lovely to see so many smiling faces and everyone enjoyed interacting with old and new friends. Just what we needed during this period of self isolation for so many.
Our clients told us they really enjoyed it and so we are going to make it a regular fixture during COVID-19 and may be beyond.

I enjoyed the exercise session- I normally do gentle yoga but this was a change. I would like to join next week but can’t see anything to “click”.
